The staff were helpful, friendly, and cheerful. We were welcomed whenever we encountered a staff person. The maintenance guy even helped us locate our car in the multilevel parking garage! Loved the experience!

We are especially glad to know the maintenance team could lend a hand when you needed it at Staybridge Suites Des Moines Downtown. It is wonderful to hear you loved your experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back next time!
