Rooms have deteriorated, we go about 3 times a year to visit family and the rooms definitely worse every time, looking very tired, holes and paint chips in Bedroom & Bathroom, bedside table missing, towels missing, also missing last visit! Bed comfortable as always and it is clean! I know we only book a standard room but it’s below standard, things need to be uplifted & rooms checked as they obviously aren’t! Not sure if we will use them again!
