The hotel staff do an excellent job managing sea debris and maintaining the beach area. The resort offers a good gesture by providing a shuttle bus service transporting guests between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, making travel more convenient and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of selections, and the staff throughout the resort are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. One minor area for improvement: I noticed one guest eating and chewing food directly in front of the buffet counters. Perhaps management could consider placing a polite sign requesting guests to refrain from eating in front of the buffet stations, as this would help maintain a more refined dining atmosphere. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing resort experience.
