This hotel deserves its 5 stars. Wonderful location and Exceptional design. Rooms are very confortable specially the bathrooms , very clean and well maintained. But the most important asset is the staff. Special thanks for the bellman at arrival,reception staff namely Morad and the floor house keeping manager (Gouvernante d'étage) as well as the spanish, moroccan and breakfast restaurant. Those people are the strenght of the hotel, very professional,kind and always ready to help. Food is with very good quality however room service was disappointing, we had to wait 50 minutes for a coffee and orange juice. Must really improve..
