Booked this room for parents - spacious, clean, comfortable and zen. My dad injured his knee nearing the end of the trip and the staff were super helpful and understanding. 南希 helped us to book a ride to the nearest hospital and called the airport to reserve a wheelchair. Very happy with our stay here and will definitely come back if we visit Beijing in the future. 1
