I reached out over WeChat. Ms Cici is the best hotel manager and she arranged a Dai guide, an English guide and a private taxi for 2 days. She also. Called the Dai cultural society to arrange meetings with the Dai guide and her brother who hears the Dai cultural activities in Ruili.
