This hotel is very outdated. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The carpet had pink stains on it. The tv is not able to be seen from the bed. It is in a separate sitting area. The couch was super old and very uncomfortable - you had to sit on the very ends or you sunk in. The chair was also very dirty and stained. Luckily we were only here one night.

What a fantastic gem to find in Birmingham! Beautiful lobby, delicious food, a spa and convenience. But as always, when traveling, it’s the staff that make the difference. From being greeted so nicely when I arrived to the front desk staff providing smiles and laughs, to going above and beyond to meet any requests, I found the staff to be outstanding. Would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shops. Large apartments with good cooking facilities.

Spacious room, and convenience

A truly authentic Umbrian experience. Celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary, we were able to celebrate in fine Italian style in a converted medieval village. The views from the restaurant terrace, to our beautiful suite that was spacious and well appointed, to the amazing service provided by their wonderful staff. Breakfasts on the terrace included pastry and savory options that were new each day - coffee and choices of eggs (truffle eggs) were included. The restaurant was outstanding - there is a "chef's table" option that is amazing high quality food. Castello di Postignano is a truly authentic honest example of 5 star service and attention in a restored Umbrian village that we will not soon forget.

We went for learn the swim for my 8 yrs old boy. Coach Nagendran learned very well and now he is able to swim

Easy check in Welcomed by staff. Lovely stay

It's located near the railway station. It takes just 5minutes. It was very helpful for us to travel Northern Wales by train. Overall, I appreciate this hotel, but the drawback is that we can't leave our luggage when we arrive earlier check-in time.
