What a delightful hotel in a historic building, in a lovely old town. Reception was friendly & helpful, the room was spacious, comfortable & clean. As we're the public area, bar, dining room, court yard & lounge. Breakfast was very good. An advantage for us on our road trip was secure parking at the hotel for a small charge.

Great location fantastic service lovely walks slightly on the pricey side

The underground parking garage is convenient.

The breakfast was very nice. Nice variety and kept up nicely. Our only complaint is that the bar was closed due to staffing issues. Also, the tv in the room is not easy to figure out and you only get a few channels.

酒店回复：Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the breakfast selection and that our team kept everything well stocked throughout your stay. We do apologize for the inconvenience of the bar being closed during your visit due to staffing challenges. We also appreciate your comments regarding the TV channels and setup, as this helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.

Hotesse d'accueil charmante, chambre propre, environnement sympa. Pour le prix c'est très bien !

Access to the Wellness area is chargeable. The outdoor pool is available.

酒店回复：thank you for your appreciation. see you next time.

Everything is satisfactory

There is no AC. This was not discussed on the booking website. We also could not have the window open for cool air because there was a wedding party smoking in the patio below or room till very late at night. There is almost no water pressure. Bugs in our room and bathroom. Breakfast items were cold and they were out of many things. Did not have enough staff to keep it stocked. For almost $250+ a night these things are not acceptable. Management needs to stay at The Address Connelly and take notes of what a property in this price range should be run.

酒店回复：Hi John,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. We sincerely apologize that the lack of air conditioning was not made clear prior to booking, and that noise and smoking from the patio prevented you from comfortably opening the window. We also regret the low water pressure, cleanliness concerns, and the presence of bugs in the room and bathroom.Additionally, we’re disappointed to hear breakfast was not properly stocked and that items were served cold. This is not the standard we aim to provide, especially at this rate, and we understand your frustration.Your comments have been shared with our management team so these matters can be addressed immediately. We truly appreciate you bringing them to our attention and we apologize again for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.Kind regards,RohanManagement team
