We've been to dinner at Northridge and events at Woolverton and thought it would make a nice destination to meet up with Philadelphia friends, after touring the Princeton Museum. It didn't disappoint. From check-in to check-out the service, accommodations and dining experience provided a lovely getaway. The staff and Mary and Mario were all friendly and anxious to please and the friendly resident sheep provided an added treat. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and we all left ready to plan our next retreat to this lovely Stockton gem.

Douro Valley does not have restaurants unlike a city or town center so meals have to be at the hotel especially if you arrive late in the evening. The restaurant at this hotel only had 12 tables of 2 pax each. They had to add an extra chair for my party of 3. When we arrived at 8:30pm, we were told that the restaurant is full and could not accommodate us. Another restaurant 10 minutes away is closed on Tuesdays so we had no dinner. The restaurant is very inflexible and did not agree to our suggestions of dining at the bar or seating area outside the restaurant. They could do room service but they wanted to charge us €80 for that service. After much negotiation, they told us they could give us a table at 9:30pm. We finally had dinner at 10pm.? We also realised that they only open half of the restaurant area for dinner. ?The other half is set up for breakfast. At no point did the restaurant offer to let us sit at the breakfast area. It rained that evening and we were cold and hungry. The staff at this hotel are very inflexible with no empathy for their customers. Do eat before arriving at the hotel. Food is also expensive at the hotel. A bottle of water is €5.90 and bread charged at €3 per pax.

服务太好了，从走进大厅开始，免费的零食，爆米花太香了，特别强调的是烤红薯又香又甜太好吃了，办好入住还送了一杯咖啡，也太拉满了吧，走进房间，衞生特别乾净，全身镜和落地大窗，泡个澡太舒服了，还提供了一次性的浴缸套，，房间的氛围感简直绝了，泡完澡桃花在床上看电影简直不要太舒服了，并且巨幕投影都是自带会员，宝藏酒店，下次过来还会住！

The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth it. The food in Serbis is great, and inexpensive. Novi Sad is a must-visit. It's absolutely one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and it's all walkable.????????

酒店位置比较僻静，但提供free shuttle bus 到附近的train bus station （medical center）。前台服务人员和司机都非常nice 和helpful。房间非常乾净，床垫和枕头也非常舒适。早餐平时点单，周末buffet。 总之，这家酒店性价比较好。

新酒店环境不错交通便利有免费停车场热水空调都挺给力的

The suites were very spacious and the location was perfect for walks to the shops or pubs. We had a great stay in Doolin.

Very nice property. Excellent value.

The room smelled like a combination of ammonia, dog urine and a cleaning agent that didn’t cover the smells. The water pressure was very low in shower and previous hairs left in shower and toilet area

酒店回复：I am so sorry for your bad experience. I wish you would have mentioned that while you were at the hotel we would have moved you to a different room. We are in the process of shampooing all of our rooms and only have a couple left to take care of. We are a pet friendly hotel but we try to limit which rooms are used for stays with pets so we can monitor the condition and address issues like odor. I assure you we take this very seriously and are very sorry for this experience.
