Une première expérience dans un h?tel dit "kids-friendly" et c'est réellement un h?tel adapté aux enfants ! Des activités pour enfants + un parc de jeu intérieur immense, moderne et très propre + une carte de cocktails pour enfants + une carte de massage pour enfants ... Tout est prévu et le personnel est sympathique. Piscine bien chaude en intérieur comme en extérieur, c'est agréable, surtout avec des enfants. La nourriture à la piscine est très bonne, beau choix de gateaux, le restaurant italien est beau et on y mange bien. Petit déjeuner frais et varié. Nous n'avons pas testé le menu en 5 plats du soir. Salle de sport + padel magnifique, moderne, bien équipée et avec une belle vue. Emplacement idéal de l'h?tel, près de la forêt, proche d'un parc avec piste de luge d'été, non loin du lac. Les chambres sont très propres, grandes et calmes, elles pourraient être rénovées et il manque la clim mais ?a ne change en rien notre très bon séjour. Nous reviendrons s?rement !

Chegar à Herdade da Malhadinha Nova para beber um café e conhecer o espa?o e embater com funcionários que n?o nos servem porque n?o somos hóspedes isto depois de anteriormente outro funcionário ter dito que nos iria servir cafés. Tudo caríssimo , sobranceiro, pedamte e artificial.

It was a great experience especially the staff and Mr Suresh who helped me in organising my Engagement Function and everything was so smooth and perfect

Well parking was $9 a day. Bathroom have no door . Shower got glass door so no privacy. Toilet got sliding door. Room is small . Place is nice and clean. Got pool tables at lounge area and big tv and bar. Indoor pool was ok size.

All seemed great until check out there was no one at the desk, so i lwft my card on the deak and lwft

Everything was white and "perfect" but the personality was missing. Nothing to complain, but nothing to remember..
