An Unforgettable Stay in Puerto Viejo I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel in Playa Grande, Puerto Viejo, and I simply cannot find the words to express how amazing my experience was. Hospitality Beyond Compare Sebastian, the owner, and his entire staff are nothing short of incredible. The level of care, attention, and warmth they provide is truly unmatched. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued. Every interaction with the team reflected a genuine commitment to making my stay unforgettable. Their hospitality is on another level—I have zero words that do it justice. Perfect Location & Amenities The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated within walking distance of Playa Grande beach. It’s the perfect spot for easy access to the beach without needing transportation. Outstanding Breakfast & Dietary Accommodations The breakfast was fantastic! But what really stood out was how seriously Sebastian and his team took my food allergies. They were extremely careful and thoughtful about cross-contamination, ensuring every meal was safe and delicious. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness to dietary needs, and it made all the difference. Final Verdict I 110% recommend this place with zero hesitation. This hotel is a gem, and I absolutely cannot wait to return. If you’re looking for a destination with incredible hospitality, comfort, and genuine care, look no further. Book it now—you won’t regret it.

Felicitaciones. Recreacionistas y salvavidas muy atentos y respetuosos. Las piscinas les falta baldosas al fondo.

Excellent location and amazing food served in breakfast.

Amazing location, amenities, rooms, authentic Coorg good, kindest staff I have ever come across. This is the best place to visit, stay and experience!! Vishwanath Belliappa

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before and never had this kind of problem. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After I made the booking yesterday, no room was arranged for me, nobody replied on WhatsApp, and my calls were ignored too. Even when I booked late at night before, I still received my room without any issue. But this time, I felt completely scammed. They took my money and kept delaying without giving me the room or any response. This is unacceptable.

The hotel was very quiet and safe, which made it perfect for a business trip. The room had a comfortable workspace, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for online meetings and work. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to other business travelers.

Great stay and nice people. Very friendly and the house we stay in is really nice
