over all it good hotel it my first time in sofa and was very good

Spent three nights at the chateau and it was a most unique experience . This is not really a hotel as such but rather like time travelling to a country house from a different era where you are an honoured guest. The chateau is full of art - murals , ceramic and paintings - some by the owners. It will for sure not be to everyone’s taste - if you like modern , sleek, TV in room etc this is not for you but if you’re interested in art and history and have a sense of the romantic and the quirky then this is a perfect getaway. Breakfast is fine and just enough and you get to sit in the beautiful dining room every morning. There is also an honesty bar where you can try the excellent wines from Domaine Raissac plus free tea and coffee. The grounds are enormous and there is plenty of space to find your own corner in the quiet garden to relax in. The pool area is also great. Dinner options are limited but it is possible to order cheese and charcuterie platters and some small warm dishes on request. Very nice. Monika the host is an incredible person who makes you feel so welcome and can’t do enough to make sure you are having a comfortable stay . She is a true superstar and I hope the owners really appreciate her. She is a very special lady x

I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through *******. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. It certainly wasn’t worth €22 I think I received a different meal to other guests or to what it usually served because I booked on the same day but I didn’t expect it to be this bad and pay the same price for basic store cupboard food. If they need notice for a proper meal then it should be made clear on the booking site / website. Breakfast was ok, just bread, a croissant and homemade jam. The spa was €10 extra which I wasn't expecting so I ended up paying in total €39 extra (€3 for a glass of wine). The spa (hot tub) was a bit run down and dirty and it was lukewarm and I came out of it shivering. The owners were lovely, the setting was nice and quiet but it really fell short of my expectations.

Gran Resort a Porto Potenza Picena: con casette di legno monolocali + veranda con tutto il necessario dentro. Sono andato ai primi di Maggio quando ancora non era aperto completamente e mi son trovato benissimo. Hanno parecchie altre attività in alta stagione mentre a me bastavano ombrellone gratuito, piscina, bar e ristorante. Mare splendido, pulito ma acqua gelida. Tempo ventoso e nuvolo ma in spiaggia ci si sta volentieri magari in maglietta o zone coperte dal vento e comunque mi sono abbronzato. Ristorante incluso, tipo mensa buffet con vino alla spina e anche uno chef che propone piatti tipici come un tagliere di formaggi. Colazione buffet dolce + salata. Suggerisco di prenotare sul loro sito personale dove offrono tanti sconti, mezza pensione e servizi aggiuntivi. Staff amichevole e disponibile, raccomandattissimo!!!
