Прекрасный отель в Дилижане. С шикарным видом на горы. Бесплатно повысили категорию и сделали комплимент от отеля шампанское и клубника. Мы в восторге. Номер в новом здании. Чистый надраенный, огромная кровать, панорамный вид на горы. Роскошный завтрак включён. Есть спа 2 бассейна и сауна. Рекомендую

Nursing mom here, they gladly froze my ice and were very accomodating.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast. Good location. Only issue with stay was after coming down for breakfast, elevator was down for maintenance without any notice. My 91 year old parents had to do the stairs back up to the room and then down. I did a number of trips to bring down our belongings. Staff did offer to help but more notice should have been give and signs on all floors that elevator was down.

Si globalement c'était correct, nous n'avons guère apprécié un menu unique surprise à 51€, dont le plat principal etait du filet de poulet(certes fermier) . On attend plus d'originalité d'u tel menu à ce prix

J’ai réservé pour une chambre d’h?tel 4 étoiles. Or, à mon arrivée j’ai été placée dans une annexe de l’h?tel, 3 étoiles. On ne m’avait pas prévenu en amont. Une déception

Beautiful hotel, staff are nice Hot spring bath is clean and well equipped

The beds were tiny. Housekeeping woke us up early. They started rushing us out of our room at 7am. Breakfast stopped early too. The building is strange. We had to drive to get to the rest of our party. (We had three rooms.) We aren’t late sleepers but having everyone purposely woke up before 7 when they weren’t ready, we got in late from traveling, was simply rude! We are also from an earlier time zone.

Wonderful stay overall. The staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and always helpful. The hotel itself is extremely charming — from the lobby and bar to the restaurant and the room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very appreciated. The bathroom was also full of character, with beautiful small tiles that added to the charm of the place. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Breakfast was very good; I especially recommend the croissants, and the servers can also prepare freshly cooked eggs for you on request. Highly recommended.
