Rooms were huge! The bathroom was larger than expected and check in process was very smooth. Do note that no bedroom slippers were available.

Professional and efficient services, especially appreciated the front desk staff Ms Clara who offered to change another room as the original one with leaking water from Aircon.

Stayed at Hotel Liliana with my wife for a wedding in the city. The hotel team was very welcoming and friendly all throughout our stay. We were directly brought to our room, which was clean and cosy. The pool (heated! perfect for early Mai) was a great way to cool down after a long trip. We loved the small "Rotonda" next to the pool where we had many espresso and cappuccino. Did I mention the staff was super friendly? Breakfast had lots of homemade options, fresh juices and one could even order (included) all sorts of cooked eggs. Great service! Thanks for everything, we will come back! (also, ask the boss for his raviolis, you will not regret it!)

Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly! Seriously, everyone there appeared to be genuinely happy to help. Everything was so clean and well taken care of.

11/10, hospitality excellency is off the charts. from the start till the end of our stay, we felt very taken care of. we got to enjoy one of two delicious breakfast options every morning, and the host will always serve us tea and chat with us when he’s able to. knowing that we’re international guests, he would also go the extra mile to help us coordinate with the local drivers and guides (e.g. with our Jade Dragon Snow Mountain day tour guide) to help us ensure our trip is as smooth-sailing as possible. on that note of our JDSM day tour, since it started very early in the morning (before their usual breakfast timing), the host even prepared bread and milk for us so that we can still have breakfast before going up the mountain. throughout our stay, there have been many instances like that where we could feel the genuine hospitality services by the host! the location is also very convenient, because it’s not too far from the main Sifang Square of the Lijiang Old Town while also being relatively near to the car drop-off/pick-up point (cars aren’t able to enter the Old Town). and of course, the view you can get from your room is amazing, being able to overlook the town and also see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. will highly recommend this place!

Excellentes Hotel in allen Bereichen. Restaurant Zimmer Personal

The location is in a quiet small community on the hill. Amenities are very good and service is excellent. Various options for breakfast. We enjoy the stay very much. High recommend.

Dans l’hyper centre de Chateauroux, possiblement bruyant en soirée avec un peu de circulation. Parking sous l’h?tel. A moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Arrêt de bus à proximité. Chambre, literie et sdb très correctes. Personnel pro et serviable. Très belle salle de petit-déjeuner avec un excellent petit-déjeuner, bravo ! Bref, un bon séjour à Chateauroux.
