It was amazing, we really enjoyed all the amenities, the view unmatched, we really enjoy our time there. Really quiet and pacefull, we will be staying there again for sure!

Good for a long stay. But the amenities are too old and dirty.

酒店回复：Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedbackRegarding your experience, we would like to share that our team always strives to provide the best hospitality. Knowing the unpredictable weather in Ba Vi during your stay, We proactively offered to upgrade your tent to an air-conditioned double room for a small additional fee, hoping to ensure your comfort (you ultimately did not upgrade to a double room). Our tents and rooms are thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. As an eco-friendly and nature-oriented resort, some of our outdoor amenities may take on a rustic feel over time, but we always maintain high hygiene standards, including regular pool water changes. We sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback on our amenities and will continue to strive for improvement.Sincerely,The LFV Ba Vi Team

Wonderful experience at the Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to requests. The facilities are some of the best I have encountered including the Gym and Wellness Centre which are must tries. Overall we had a great time at the hotel and will come back again.

What a 'gem' of a pub. Welcoming, accommodating and quite possibly the yummiest pub Sunday Roast dinner I've had EVER! The gravy was to die for. What a find.
