We arrived late, rang reception and they guided us through the process to get into our room. No problems. Room was good, clean and comfortable. The coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Very appreciated. Good hot water and quiet air con. Good value.

Stayed here last night, superior room, lovely firm mattress , comfy bed, brilliant shower, really good breakfast, the owner Craig is so friendly & welcoming , will definately go when passing.

Great view, great spa and fireplace but no wifi and no restaurant despite main sign saying so. But would go back because of the great views.

We stayed for 9 days as part of a whale watching trip with Whale watching Azores. From Rui at check in to Fernando at breakfast, to the housekeeping staff - a massive thank you and appreciation for your hard work. We had a wonderful stay. Our room was big and overlooked the harbour and Pico. Breakfast was really good quality and excellent service. When we checked in , we requested a kettle for the room and Rui immediately brought one with cups and saucers. Water is provided daily and the fridge is lovely and cold. We enjoyed a small white port every evening on our balcony before dinner. Well done everyone for a great experience in a lovely building in a gorgeous place

The bar downstairs is fun, noisy & lively. The bedrooms right above are the same. So if you don’t want a DJ in your bedroom until midnight, stay elsewhere. They provide ear plugs in the rooms, so draw your own conclusion. The breakfast was nice k the location was great, very central.

I rented out the entire property for a YPO forum retreat for myself, 8 other forum members and a forum facilitator. We wanted a place that we would have all to ourselves and was not just a hotel, but rather a truly special home with the highest level of service. Rianne, Roel, Laurine and the team were amazing. As the organizer of the event, they made my life so easy by pretty much handling all the local logistics in terms of arranging a tour a Chablis, dinners, etc. The venue is sublime. It is a merger of an old world French maison particulier with lovely contemporary art combined with old world furnishings that come together perfectly. Our timings and program were ever changing in terms of timing but the entire team were extremely accomodating. I cannot more highly recommend this venue.
