We had booked two rooms at this hotel. The one we stayed in had a really overpowering sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which would be ‘covered up’ with a lot of air fresheners after house cleaning. I complained about it to staff and nothing was changed, with staff not mentioning it again. The other room was fine, and, besides the smell, both rooms were clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, though the complimentary breakfast has very few options (they really want you to upgrade for a paid cooked breakfast). The staff were lovely and hard working, I just wished they had at least helped me understand what was going on with the smell in the bedroom.

酒店回复：Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us.I am very sorry to hear about the unpleasant sewage smell you experienced in one of your rooms, and I apologise that your concerns were not properly followed up during your stay. I understand how uncomfortable and frustrating this must have been, particularly after bringing it to our team’s attention.I have shared your comments with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so the issue can be thoroughly investigated and resolved. I also recognise that clearer communication from us would have helped reassure you while the matter was being addressed.I was pleased to hear that, aside from this issue, you found the rooms clean and comfortable, enjoyed the food in the restaurant, and found our staff lovely and hardworking. Your kind comments about the team are truly appreciated.Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

I enjoyed my stay at Angels Camp Best Western. It is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants and downtown Angels Camp. Great customer service and clean. Breakfast was good.
