We stayed at SUOM Apartments & Villas as a family with two children and had a wonderful experience. The villa was new, clean, stylish, and very comfortable for a family stay. The team provided a baby cot for free, which was very helpful. Our children absolutely loved the private pool at the villa, and the staff were very kind and attentive - they even brought an inflatable flamingo for the kids to enjoy in the pool, which was such a sweet touch. We also came by car and had no problem finding a parking space. In addition to the private pool, there is a beautiful rooftop pool with an amazing view, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The location is excellent: quiet and peaceful, but still within walking distance to many popular cafés, restaurants, shops, and main spots in Berawa. There is also great shopping nearby. Everything was lovely, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting Canggu!

I walked into this hotel and I was super impressed !! Theleia was super welcoming and patient with me and my family! The best were comfortable and I’d stay again !

Stayed here for a week as part of a solo holiday tour of the region Rooms are spacious, but dated. Housekeeping keep them spotless and are very attentive. Breakfast has plenty of choice. However evening meals did not suit me. Main course are basic and mass produced as are deserts. The hotel itself is isolated there is very little around it - a cafe and a small supermarket. Guests when we were there were all large coach parties

Room was perfection, staff was great. No complaints whatsoever. (and most comfortable bed ever!)

The room itself looked older but it was very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The biggest concern was that there was a back parking lot with a rear entrance. The rear entrance opened into the stairwell and also the lobby. The door to the back entrance was supposed to be locked and operable by the room key but did not shut completely. As a result, this back entrance was always open and unlocked, creating a safety and security risk. Otherwise, everything was great.

Our favorite place to stay when traveling! The breakfast is amazing! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable!

The castle property was beautiful and so unique. Staff were very friendly.

Perfect stay with wife + kid at Renaissance Goa! Beautiful property, warm staff, great pools, and excellent food. Super kid friendly and relaxing for parents too. Highly recommend for families. Will be back! Staff just made our stay more wonderful
