Staff made a terrible mistake during check-In and charged a Hold for my room charges again despite the Front Desk Staff and Manager knowing and confirming that I had prepaid more than $1,100 for my Stay. Was there for my Son’s Graduation which adversely impacted my enjoyment of something I’ve waited a long time for. Staff, even today during Check Out, blamed my Bank for their charge error. Reached out to the General Manager and incredibly have not received any response.

Very pleasant stay indeed, but the lack of a table in the room was definitely something we would have liked different. Thank you very much. :-)

I loved how friendly all of the staff are. The rooms are great, they are big and the beds are comfy. I liked the football pitch that was 3 yards away from the hotel. Every day a cleaner cleans the room to its best level. I will definitely come back again!
