H?tel très sympa et très bien équipé. Le lit était vraiment au top, tout comme le personnel, très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre avec grand lit était confortable, même si selon moi un peu petite. Je n’ai pas testé le petit-déjeuner, donc le prix global me para?t un peu élevé. Malgré cela, très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Wir waren für 2 Tage in dem Hotel und haben die Zeit genossen. Besonders hat das Spa uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ?ussest gut. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Conforme à ce qu'on attend d'un 3 étoile. Un plus, existence d'un parking avec borne de recharge (11€ pour la nuit)

Oh wow! What a surprise! Truthfully, I was not expecting much, but the price was right and for one night, that was pretty much my deciding factor, for a downtown location. I was actually anticipating a kind of run-down, old hotel in a backwater WV town. It was beautiful. My room was really nice, and it. was. spotless. Tons of free parking on-site. The front desk was super helpful in finding a place to eat. If I had *any* complaint at all, it was the in-hotel bar was closed by the time I got there. Other than that, I was really pleased. I would definitely stay again.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in veste di accompagnatore per una gita scolastica. Non lo consiglierei neanche al mio peggior nemico. La colazione assolutamente insufficiente e senza un minimo di variate, biscotti in contenitori dove a trovarne uno intero di fa fatica, neanche uno yogurt. Il caffe servito a colazione non è caffè e se chiedi un espresso lo devi pagare. Il pranzo assolutamente inadeguato, si servono di una ditta di catering pessima. Nulla di buono vomitevole. La Direttrice inoltre, molto saccente e sgarbata, non si accerta neanche se i propri sottoposti svolgono il loro lavoro ed infatti la sera di ritorno dopo una giornata faticosa ho trovato la stanza non rifatta. Il personale all'accettazione invece cordiale e disponibile. Esperienza Negativissima

Rooms are very small, room was not clean there was hair in the bath, there were mosquitoes in the room at night. Location and staff are good.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly, especially in the restaurants. Very welcoming. Good location for excursions. Absolutely excellent restaurant! Modern hotel decor. But it is not a 5 star hotel: Oddly, they only give you one towel per person to use at the pool and they keep your key hostage and threaten with a fine if you do not return the towel (not a five-star way to treat paying guests). Water bottle in room only on the first night. Closet hangers have hooks so you don't steal them. There is no turndown service. TV has only Italian language channels. Loungers by infinity pool very uncomfortable.
