Room was clean but service was a problem. Housekeeping walked into our room twice without knocking. The bathroom amenities - two were empty (hair conditioner, soap). We booked here for the hot tub - only to discover it was out of service.

The property was very nice and very well maintained. The front desk staff were exceptional...very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again..proximity to food and shops was also excellent.

Very modern and clean, great comfortable bed and bathroom was spacious, nice hot shower.

The spa experience unfortunately did not live up to the price point or expectations. While the inn itself is lovely, the spa services were disappointing enough that we would not return for the spa again. The most frustrating issue was experiencing same-day cancellations of services, especially when the spa was the primary reason for booking our stay. For a premium-priced spa, that level of unreliability is unacceptable. In addition, the overall spa experience lacked many of the amenities you would expect at this price level. There were no robes available between services, and there wasn’t an appropriate space to freshen up or clean up after a massage. The experience felt disorganized and far less polished than comparable spas in the area. There are many excellent spa options nearby that provide a much more thoughtful and professional experience for the same — or lower — price. We enjoyed the inn itself, but would not recommend staying here specifically for the spa.

K?nnten wir einen sechsten Stern vergeben, würde die "Greti" ihn bekommen! Man kommt die Tür herein und fühlt sich wie "dahoam - nur feiner", weil man gesehen wird, nicht nur als Gast, sondern als Mensch! Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit & Hilfsbereitschaft stehen hier im Umgang mit dem Gast (dem Menschen) ganz oben, und das hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an gefesselt. Bei einem Barista zur Begrü?ung mit Benny (dem Chef) nette Muttertags-Geschichten auszutauschen und die Entstehung des Hotels zu erfahren, hatte gleich einen Famili?ren Charakter. Das alle anderen Aspekte des Hotels "Top" sind, brauche ich nicht zu wiederholen, und das wir im Oktober wiederkommen, steht auch schon fest!

Just book! The owners Valerie and Jason are very friendly and responsive. The house is super clean and has an upscale vibe.
