Our stay at The Estate Yountville was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, and every detail made the experience feel truly special. The location is perfect for enjoying Napa Valley, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and amazing restaurants. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back again. Truly a five-star experience! ?????

This hotel was clean, and the atrium was beautiful. However, the carpet on the main stairway is tattered and discoloured. Hosekeeping staff are grumpy, and they leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor outside the rooms they clean. They also do not clean your room or refresh towels. The bed was comfortable; however, the mattresses need to be replaced. My mattress had a pronounced protruding ripple across the whole bed, and sank in the middle. There was no mattress protector, just a fitted sheet, and the mattress was stained. The hallways were being refreshed and were getting new wallpaper applied while I was there. The room gave me Super 8 vibes. Overall, I was disappointed in the room and hotel.

The hotel is a nice one, with good facilities and friendly staff. Unfortunately it is facing a major uphill road. We couldn’t sleep in consistent rumble of motor cycles going uphill, especially deep at night and early morning. ?The hotel should install double glazing to windows in rooms facing the road. Otherwise the hotel is a good place for long weekends, especially for families.

Just book! The owners Valerie and Jason are very friendly and responsive. The house is super clean and has an upscale vibe.

Very accommodating

The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. Forgot my watch in the safe when I switched rooms, spoke to the front desk and the GM up-to-date my watch has still not been returned, Was told by the GM that they are doing an investigation. since checking out no one has contacted me. Would not recommend this property.

Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything which I don’t like…the rooms are nice. Staff is nice and location is good. Just don’t like how I could literally hear everthing!

The staff at the DoubleTree were great. Very helpful. We got upgraded to a larger suite, but the suite appeared to have been recently renovated and not complete. There were no dressers and the closet was small. The bed was a little worn and sunk in some in the middle. The bar area had 2 TVs, but one was playing fairly loud music with inappropriate lyrics. The bartender disappeared numerous times and did not seem concerned with the cleanliness of the bar. Morning breakfast was nice, biscuits were great. Unfortunately, they only had one person working to fill coffee, bring out extra food and cash people out. The poor woman working the breakfast was constantly busy and found it difficult to refill coffee or get us a check. The site did have a vehicle to take you into town and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I just expected more from a DoubleTree hotel.
