We got our room upgraded for free and stayed in a very spacious, comfortable suite. Our night sleep was great due to completely quiet environment. The breakfast was fantastic - a lot of choices between local and western options. But the cherry on the top of our stay was excellent staff. They were very polite, helpful and professional. Thank you Radisson for your hospitality!

What a fantastic gem to find in Birmingham! Beautiful lobby, delicious food, a spa and convenience. But as always, when traveling, it’s the staff that make the difference. From being greeted so nicely when I arrived to the front desk staff providing smiles and laughs, to going above and beyond to meet any requests, I found the staff to be outstanding. Would happily stay here again.

A nice and comfortable stay. The chap at the reception, Vikas, was very helpful and gave me a room of my choice. He was pretty accommodating and the food was equally good. Overall, a good stay

Plenty of parking space. The ceiling in the room is low. Otherwise, it is awesome!
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay. We are glad to know you appreciated the ample parking space and found your overall experience to be awesome. Regarding the room ceiling height, room layouts and design may vary and are structured to maximize comfort and functionality within the building. We appreciate your understanding and are pleased that this aspect did not significantly affect your stay. It is wonderful to know you had a positive experience at the hotel and we hope to welcome you again in the future.
