We; and the dog, spent a night at the Jack Russell Inn based around a family gathering for Sunday lunch. What an absolute treat on every single aspect of our visit! Our room was luxurious and comfy. The family lunch around three generations tastes, was delicious and everything and more, we could have hoped for. The surroundings (we walked from the door) both in the garden, by the pond and further afield were peaceful and spectacular. Most notably all the staff were friendly, relaxed and fun, yet attentive and informed. The JR Inn was a perfect rendezvous for a memorable family celebration. We'll be back!

We had junior suite. Nice backyard view. Large and spacious. Very good food terrible service in the restaurant and in the reception. But one of the reception guys saved the situation with exceptional service. He also was almost the onlyone who spoke English. Be careful . The mattress are very soft not for back problems

Check in was easy. The staff were really helpful. The communal kitchen was a great idea and parking was easy and CCTV protected. The provision of breakfast was an added bonus. Convenient for us as we used it as a base for our travels. The room was adequate for our needs.

Recently changed names. But a great location and very clean stylish room the staff in the bar/ restaurant are amazing. Very friendly The breakfast in the morning fantastic. Very good quality and so was our evening meal couldn’t fault it

We were able to check in early which were so grateful after our long journey.Staff very nice and friendly.Breakfast very good.Only wish there had been veg sausages as we do not eat pork.

Overall the villa is great Just the bed not comfy and woke up with sore back Breakfast not to amaze
