The bed was comfortable, the view was spectacular and the staff were great. Something was wrong with our tub and they moved us right away to a new room. Sadly, the dining room was not in service. I can see this being a great spot in the summer!

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Chantilly Chateau Mont Royal. Overall, the hotel's service level is exceptionally high, and the staff are incredibly professional. In particular, I would like to highly commend Mr. Alexander, hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He truly went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. However, the cleanliness of the room definitely has room for improvement and unfortunately did not live up to a 5-star standard. Upon checking into our room, we were shocked to find that the toilet still had visible waste residue left inside. While the management and front-of-house service were excellent, a luxury hotel must maintain impeccable hygiene standards. I hope the housekeeping team can look into this issue to ensure it doesn't happen to future guests.

I expected a bit better for the price and for the brand. Overall quite worn, dirty carpets, moldy molding, leaky toilet floor… it just wasn’t up to par with the Pullman brand and left me feeling like the lobby is what they focus on and not the rest of the hotel upkeep. Most of the pumps in the bathroom did not work, they tried fixing but they didn’t work and it left a lot to be desired for the price point. The staff were really lovely, the food was fantastic, but seems like they’ve had a hard time keeping up the rooms and the quality in-room.

Very comfortable bed but room far far too hot, window open but directly out side the beer garden so noisy. This would be fine if thoughtful ear plugs were provided. Felt quite exposed opening the window more, but room temperature so high, fan provided was pathetic so did not sleep well at all. I’m sure on a cool day it would be lovely however. Sadly had to leave before breakfast at 8 during weekends - I made a mistake and thought it would be 7.30 still. Lovely place but potential to be fantastic - could just be this room

Near the train and bus stations, but is a bit isolated as there is nothing directly surrounding it. It is a short walk to the main street though. Hotel is modern, clean and very well-maintained. Would likely stay here again.

Arredamento molto caldo con una bellissima sala ristorante. Il personale è straordinario tutti dalla sala ristorante alla portineria alle signore delle pulizie sono di una cortesia e disponibilità unica. è una spa per cui troverete piscine,idromassaggio,saune etc. Vi è anche un servizio navetta che a chiamata porta alle piste da sci. è possibile fare trattamenti al viso ed al corpo e posso assicurare che Olena è di una bravura estrema. Le suite sono ampie e comode . Il bagno dispone sia di un’ampia doccia che di una vasca idromassaggio. Noi ci torniamo tutti gli anni.

Fantastic location and service. Staff were very supporting and gracefully food was good. Himalaya View from balcony was mesmerising .
