Housekeeping was not the best - they missed our room one day, and one day it was not fully cleaned and restocked .
Everything else was amazing !
酒店回复：Thank you for sharing your kind and informative feedback regarding your experience with us! We're pleased to know you were primarily satisfied with your stay; however, our housekeeping service presented a negative impact. I have taken note. We hope this will become the first of many visits.

Wir waren das erste Mal an diesem Ort. Die Lage super, die Aussicht top. Das Essen ( Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen) hervorragend. Das Hotel wurde in den letzten Jahren aufwendig renoviert.

Fantastic stay at Chateau de Berne. The staff went above and beyond from check-in to check-out, the amenities were top-notch, and the on-site activities made it unforgettable. Mountain biking through the vineyard and wine safari were truly amazing as well as the dinner at the property's restaurant Le Jardin.
Looking forward to coming back!

The location is besides main road so do expect car noise, not for light sleeper.
Wifi is almost unusable at night, hope can improve it.
