Room was exceptionally clean, cosy and a nice outlook. Didn’t interact verbally with any staff as all done online before and after arrival and had a code for KeyLock emailed to me.
Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. Bit pricey for a Tuesday night stay at $350+ a night,but probably taking advantage of Jimmy Bs 70th Birthday Bash (which we attended) as everything was booked out.
Would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and service level are outstanding. The hotel has only been open 3 years and the build out makes you feel like you are staying at the home of someone who cares deeply about art, luxury and beauty. The grounds are stunning. Can you tell how much like this place? We ate at the bistro and the food was perfect and delicious. Don’t miss the chance to stay at this gem of a hotel.

Was a fabulous and much less expensive alternative to the Sextantio property. Had a full 2 bedroom apartment, with shower and nicely prepared kitchen area. Breakfast items and coffee/ tea service provided, with fruit, yogurt, milk in fridge. Cute area, with local shops and eateries close by.

The hotel and staff were very good. The hotel rooms are not soundproof. If you are on the interstate side and are a light sleeper, you may be awake all night. You can also hear your neighbors coughing, hairdryer, etc. The Tropics restaurant next door was good.

Location & services are good… but the rooms temperatures are a little high. And we can’t adjust it … so the rooms are considered pretty hot.

Staff was very pleasant and professional. Free breakfast was a plus! And parking is free and close to the hotel. Suite was perfect size.
