We booked "ocean front" upon arrival we were put in a marina room, which we considered bay and ocean view

Personnel au top. Petit déjeuner, bar et d?ner parfaits. Point noir: pas de ménage pendant 3 jours: poubelles non vidées etc....

The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients.

I really appreciate the staff as they made our stay extra special. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room to a king size bed suite with balcony. The room was clean, and with a very spacious space. It has sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is big with his & hers sink, separate tub and shower. The toilet room is separate from the shower/bath tub room. The breakfast is extra 22Euro per person, but it’s worth it because the food selection was good. It has a variety of cold and hot food selections. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The staff are friendly. However, room service would cost you 9euro. Overall, we love our stay and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely faultless stay! Beautiful clean room, really pleasant helpful staff, lovely breakfasts. Nice walks along the adjoining Marina & towpath. Will definitely stay there again.

An unforgettable experience at Grand Hotel Due Golfi. The views were absolutely spectacular and breathtaking every day. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always attentive to every detail. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast!

Just perfect! Stayed here many times absolutely 0 complaints. Staff is quick to bring requested items to room. Food is incredible. Clean comfortable rooms best place to stay near airport hands down!
