This hotel was clean, and the atrium was beautiful. However, the carpet on the main stairway is tattered and discoloured. Hosekeeping staff are grumpy, and they leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor outside the rooms they clean. They also do not clean your room or refresh towels. The bed was comfortable; however, the mattresses need to be replaced. My mattress had a pronounced protruding ripple across the whole bed, and sank in the middle. There was no mattress protector, just a fitted sheet, and the mattress was stained. The hallways were being refreshed and were getting new wallpaper applied while I was there. The room gave me Super 8 vibes. Overall, I was disappointed in the room and hotel.

This is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle city. Our family felt truly comfortable and relaxed here, surrounded by various flowers and pine forests. We had great time here by exploring the resort by bicycle, trying some lakeside fishing, or visiting the vegetable garden (feel free to ask the staff for guidance). Surely, the staff are really friendly to support you all time.

Siamo stati con mio marito per due giorni di relax e per quanto il tempo non fosse dei migliori e il periodo a Forte dei Marmi non ancora "di stagione" il Principe, ma soprattutto il personale, hanno reso questi due giorni veramente di relax.Quando si dice che il personale fa la differenza è verità.Nota super positiva a Masimiliano, veramente professionale ma cordiale, empatico sempre sorridente e attento al cliente. Grazie comunque a tutti!

The resort is sooooo beautiful. Staff are excellent. Shaidar and the rest of the staff are very respectful! Always smiling. Marine life is awesome turtles, sharks, stingrays, school of fish can easily be spotted at the villa

Very convenient location right opposite train station. We chosen this middle place to stay so we can travel to both Geneva & Montreux. The hotel is clean and comfortable

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Es war nicht m?glich, dass eine gr??ere Gruppe gleichzeitig Getr?nke bekam. Auf Nachfrage wurde patzig geantwortet. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass der Kunde K?nig ist.

Buongiorno, la struttura è pazzesca e sembra di soggiornare in un sogno. Le note negative sono principalmente due: - la chiusura della piscina dovrebbe essere notificato al momento della prenotazione. - il personale del bar e della reception dovrebbe essere formato e conoscere le informazioni basiche per rendere la permanenza comoda e accessibile. Altra nota positiva ma con margini di miglioramento è la colazione, buffet ricco e molto buono

Third time revisiting Hyatt Regency Da Nang, one of the best hotels here. Great hospitality, recommend staying in the club access rooms to access regency club for daily cocktails and food.
