Der Service an der Rezeption war gut, leider ist das beim Frühstück nicht so. Die verantwortliche Dame gibt sich extrem pingelig: obwohl nur wenige G?ste zum Frühstückangemeldet waren (keine 10 Br?tchen im Korb), und der erste 4 Minuten vor 6:30 Uhr erschien, wurde der abgewiesen, obwohl alles bereits fertig vorbereitet war. Diese Kleinlichkeit verdirbt einem das Frühstück schon im Voraus. Diese Dame fiel dadurch schon bei mehreren Aufenthalten auf. Da das Hotel auch zu den teureren H?usern der Region geh?rt, bin ich nicht bereit das so hinzunehmen, und buche dort, wo man als Gast willkommen ist und auch dieses spüren kann.

Unsere regul?ren Frühstückszeiten sind von Montag bis Samstag von 6:30 bis 10:00 Uhr und sonntags von 7:30 bis 11:30 Uhr . Vor diesem Zeitpunkt kann das Buffet leider noch nicht freigegeben werden, da einzelne Komponenten – wie z. B. frische Backwaren von unserer regionalen B?ckerei oder die warmen Buffet-Komponenten– erst ab 6:30 Uhr vollst?ndig zur Verfügung stehen. Wir prüfen den Fall intern und suchen nach einer L?sung, dass die Frühstückszeiten (noch) besser kommuniziert werden k?nnen. Als 4-Sterne-Hotel bieten wir unseren G?sten neben dem kostenfreiem Parken auch einen Sauna- und Wellnessbereich, ein eigenes Restaurant sowie weitere Serviceleistungen. Durch unsere dynamischen Zimmerpreise befinden wir uns aktuell zudem auf dem niedrigsten Preisniveau der letzten zehn Jahre und k?nnen somit die Kritik über das Preis-/ Leistungsverh?ltnis nicht nachvollziehen insbesondere mit dem Hintergrund steigender Kosten. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout my stay. It was well-maintained and felt airy, which contributed to a sense of ease and comfort. The breakfast was also of at least above-average quality, offering a satisfactory selection that met expectations. While not extraordinary, it was certainly enjoyable and a good way to start the day. In addition, I appreciated the hotel’s quiet and somewhat secluded location. It was away from the busy and noisy areas, which made the overall stay more peaceful and restful. This setting was particularly suitable for those looking to unwind and enjoy a more calm atmosphere.

The room was cleaned daily,the staff was great,friendly,the breakfast was delicious, excellent,we went to the bar for dinner, overhaul, I will tell people to come to Grenada and stay at the Radisson Thanks and God willing we will be back soon

Just back from a wonderful week staying at Hotel Caparena. The hotel is in a lovely spot right on the beach ( okay there is a train line in front of hotel but trains are not that frequent and really didn’t bother us). The hotel is spotless with rooms cleaned every day. The staff are very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast buffet is really good with lots of choice. The pool area is lovely with comfortable beds and a nice pool bar. The free shuttle to and from Taormina is excellent. We used it every day and the drivers were always polite and punctual. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which provides good links to other towns in the area. You can also walk along the beach and promenade into Letojanni which has some nice bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay if you don’t want to be right in the heart of Taormina but close enough to visit when you want to.

Perfect location. 10 minute enjoyable walk to Spanish steps. Away from crowded touristy streets. Hotel is upscale and services are top notch! Loved the welcome tiramisu on arrival. They fetched the taxis for us and made last minute dinner reservations too. Hotel room is spacious and large bathroom for Italy.
