The room was a little small. And I reserved a room with 2 beds, but I got a room with a bed and a pullout couch.

酒店回复：Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you chose to stay with us and appreciate your honest comments. We apologize that the room did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the room size and bedding configuration. We understand how disappointing it can be when a reserved room type is not available as expected. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more comfortable stay in the future.

Beautiful high standard renovation of an historic property in a great location with excellent staff. The library is a great amenity with screenshare enabled big samsung tv, snacks and water, though I couldn't figure out the alleged cocktail hours. Excellent standard rooms though I couldnt figure out how to enable the handheld shower head. 2 great bars and a great restaurant. But best of all, the staff were fabulous.

perfecto para disfrutar del sur de Cerde?a. desayuno excelente y gran ubicación. el personal y la dirección muy atentos y amables. las instalaciones del hotel están renovadas y muy limpias. volveremos!

Clean facilities, beautiful landscape and open design, family and adult friendly.

The property was what I needed. Somewhere that is clean in a good area and provided me the ability to cook. The hosts always checked up on me to make sure everything was good and if there was an issue they would address it immediately. Janet was so sweet and kind, she is the young lady who is available everyday. She gave me suggestions and even offered to summons an Uber from her phon. If I had an issue with communicating with an Uber driver or a restaurant she would talk to them for me. She is the best and I would book with this company again because of her.
