We are absolutely coming back here with the relos. This place is great, the view of the river is beautiful, a convenient little cafe on site and so much for the kiddos to do with the heated pool, splash pad, jumping pillow, trikes to hire and a arcade movie room coming. Bbqs with seating are so convenient and everything is clean and tidy everywhere you go. We slept sooo well, the sheets were a beautiful cotton so we didn’t over heat. All the staff were friendly and kind. We HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here. We just loved our stay here

Ambiance is amazing.. perfect for staycation and still connected with nature

Hotel very run down, maintenance non existent. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling above bed. Dust everywhere, unable to see out of windows so dirty. Crack in bathroom sink, bath stained and dirty. One bed was stained terrible down the side. On the up breakfast was lovely but tables very sticky so crockery sticking. Apparently this hotel was/is used for homeless people?

The unit was great, I would like to suggest the fitting of a bar for getting off the toilet in unit 23, there is a towel rail in reaching distance but a grab rail might be better

Spring hanging out of the mattress that cut my leg, solution was to flip the mattress because they didn’t have time to source another one they were busy? mushroom growing out of the vanity, cabin egged during our stay, park manager drunk when called about teenagers knocking and banging on cabin walls. All this for $2500. I emailed the park and I’m still waiting for a reply.

Nice accommodation a little bit out of town but with a bus stop directly in front. Clean and modern rooms.

Just returned from Hakuraa Huraa and what a great holiday it was. We stayed in a Sunset Overwater Villa which was fantastic, well maintained and clean with good facilities. The food was freshly prepared, with a large choice and tasted fantastic. Our waiter Irufaadh was so helpful and always polite and smiling. All the facilities were within a 5-10min walk. The free snorkelling trip is worth going on. This is a great choice for a holiday and would certainly come back.

Close to what we needed, friendly staff, family friendly, great warer park, gated with code which made me feel safe.

Awesome view as it just located in front of Hyde Park, walking distance to muzium. Nice hotel, good breakfast & convenience for business travelers. Highly recommended & will back if coming for next business trip.
