Lovely stay at a great place. Excellent staff.

Fuimos a un campeonato de golf, tres noches. Genial. Todo. El trato, la comida, el servicio, la habitación, el campo.. y la pedazo playa!!! Un diez, un once! Es la segunda vez y volveremos

We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception. At the time of check out , we asked at the reception that we need help to bring our luggage down due to the lift not working but no one came to our room for help even after we were told at the reception that they will send somebody. The pool water was cold. The food lacked vegetarian options. The staff inside the restaurant can not speak English. The parking is not free which was not told to us at the time of checkin.The young man at the reception was also very rude to talk to.

Veniamo in questo hotel da più di 20 anni che dire tante cose sono cambiate dalle camere rinnovate anche se prediligo la parte con lo stile più tradizionale ….. la ristorazione che sicuramente ha avuto un calo ma questo nn ha portato a nn scegliere qsto hotel …. La spa rimane sempre un loro punto di forza ambia e ben attrezzata ….. ma una cosa voglio precisare la cura del cliente che ci riserva SANDRA nella sala ristorante e’ unica attenta sempre alle esigenze dei clienti … il suo sorriso …. La sua simpatia fa sì che il soggiorno sia sempre impeccabile …..

有机场免费接送非常方便，后来改成两张大床，价格也很划算，在Trip预订很放心。只是隔天一早的飞机所以没有选附早餐的。

This hotel was fantastic value and we would recommend this to everyone. Staff, food and facilities were excellent.

Very comfortable with great views & convenient to everything in Eden. The apartment was spotless & had everything we needed. Very helpful with local recommendations. Could not have asked for anything more. Thanks very much

Sehr sch?nes Hotel am Waldrand. Super Essen und Trinken. Sehr lieber und aufmerksamer Service. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
