Always stay here when we visit with family in Massachusetts or catch a game at Fenway Park. The property is always clean and the staff is great. It's surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Perfect location. We''ll be back in a couple months for another Rays game!

The breakfast options were good and the Happy Hour choices were fine. The staff was very accommodating. The availability of the shuttle and kindness of the drivers was exceptional. They would take us anywhere and give suggestions about some tourist areas. Very nice stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Central. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, le personnel toujours souriant, disponible et attentif aux moindres détails. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et décorée avec go?t, avec une literie de grande qualité qui nous a permis de parfaitement nous reposer. L’environnement est calme et très agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Concernant le restaurant, ce fut une véritable belle surprise : des plats savoureux, bien présentés, préparés avec des produits du terroir et de qualité. Le service était attentionné, et l’ambiance très conviviale. Terrasse exceptionnelle ! Un établissement que je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour alliant confort, gastronomie et accueil irréprochable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wonderful

Stayed at this beautiful hotel to visit the rich prehistoric sites nearby. Hotel is filled with French charm, boasts beautiful lush garden grounds, a pool, bar, and an amazing restaurant (elegant dinner with wine, full breakfast buffet). Our room was super-clean and furnished with beautiful linens and all of the mod-cons. The staff is professional, courteous, bilingual (THANK YOU!) and v welcoming. Special shout-out to Sylvian, a gentleman on staff who helped us fulfill special requests. Sylvian, merci! Vous êtes un prince. ??

Tout était parfait de A à Z ! Accueil chaleureux puis découverte de la magnifique et très propre et spacieuse chambre . Bouilloire et café à disposition. La piscine est également très agréable. Le d?ner fut digne d’un 5 étoiles avec une Cheffe d’un haut niveau culinaire et partageant avec nous sa passion pour la cuisine avec de multiples explications sur la conception de son menu tout au long du repas. Le petit déjeuner fut délicieux et copieux. Je terminerai par féliciter et remercier Michael le patron de cet établissement qui tout au long du séjour vous conseille, est aux petits soins pour ses h?tes et raconte pour notre plus grand plaisir les anectodes et l’histoire de cette belle région. Disappointed! After reading all the positive comments, we booked this resort for our family vacation. Huge mistake! The buffet food is not only gross but barely any options whether you go for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very FEW THINGS! Nothing available for kids. NOTHING! Prepare for the first 2 days to eat at the buffet since they won't accept you anywhere else without a reservation. The Caribbean restaurant is delicious & staff are nice there! Most of the staff look like they don't want to be there and aren't polite or even smiling. There are some amazing staff though. Lobby staff- miserable! They split our party and gave 1 room on the first floor, street access , with balcony doors that didn't lock/ secure. They refused to move the guests for 2 days, on day 3 they sent the locksmith. The cleaning ladies were nice. This resort has so much potential but definitely need to train staff and management on how to run it. Entertainment was weak. Barely any music playing during the day. BARELY any engagement, didn't care to try to get people to participate. The crowd- OLD, mostly over 60. It feels like an elderly retreat center! Alcohol- I don't even know what they give us. No top shelf! Only 3 bars (beach bar/sports bar during the day.... at night you have 1 bar by the theater/ lobby & sport's bar) prepare to wait a while for drinks. Usually 1 bartender... if you're lucky, maybe 2. The beach is very pretty, clean, lots of beach chairs and towels.Royalton- YOU GOTTA DO BETTER

Hotel listed as 5 stars, but certainly not the standard of Melia hotels in Madrid and Seville. It is a series of corridors with restaurants and bars which are either not open at all - Cafe de Paris Bistro. Salon and bar only open for weddings and other functions. No lounge or other bar, coffeeshop facilities. Parking very limited, first come, first served and only one disabled space that they let anyone use! Really unhelpful female receptionist. Good breakfast. Room comfortable and good shower and bathroom - decent enough for a 4 star hotel, with nice view of municipal gardens. Convenient for old town and all the excellent bars and restaurants there.

le brunch du dimanche est un grand raté, juste à peine une extension d'un petit déjeuner ordinaire ne vaut vraiment pas le détour, pas à la hauteur d'un tel établissement !! le SPA est cependant très sympa avec un bon acceuil
