We had a wonderful dining experience, and a special thanks to Captain Manohar for his excellent service and warm hosting. He was attentive, courteous, and ensured everything was handled perfectly throughout our visit. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Great hospitality and outstanding customer service — highly appreciated!

Close to the Hepburn Palais, wine bars, Room excellently clean and everything you need for a staycation. Great communication from motel manager and price perfect. Only downside was the very hard bed, somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in, softer mattress required for a 100% review . Hopefully our next stay will see a more comfortable mattress.

Positive: Friendly, helpful staff, very convenient location in the centre of Carlisle, parking included in the price. The room on 3rd floor was quiet on the Monday and Tuesday we stayed. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Negative: Carpets in the hallways were filthy needed pulling up and replacing. Room depressing with no pictures or colour felt very dingy.

Upon check in, the views were great. The room was visually fine. We were looking forward to a quick dip in the pool after a 3 hours ride to Alghero. The pool was closed at 6 PM even though it's not dark until nearly 9 PM ? However, the room was off and not up to the standards, the A/C was inoperable and the pungent odor of mold was overwhelming. We would have just opened the porch doors. However, it was buggy and the mosquitoes were about. We woke up with runny eyes and sore throats, no Bueno! We bolted early and all issues relented with some fresh Sardinia air and beach time. 1 night was too many, I'd pass on this one.

Certains personnels de l’hotel ne parlent pas fran?ais. Nouveau staff pas bien formée. Pas de geste commercial suite à un fort désagrément. Le lieu reste tout de même très beau et agréable.

The Breakfast, was fantastic, a great selection of food, all freshly cooked

We stayed one night in Chartres and the hotel met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central with an easy walk to the Cathedral and the historic center. Hotel parking was available for an extra reasonable fee.

Very well run hotel ans I must say that Danielle in the 'The Social" really made my stay so much mire enjoyable.
