We have just spent a most enjoyable 3 days here. The room was well appointed and enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake towards Monsaraz. Breakfast included a superb array of fresh fruits and pastries. The dinner menu was well balanced and the Pork Secretos was the best I have eaten in Portugal. We are keen bird watchers and photographers and counted over 30 species of birds viewed from outside our room and walking the attached fields. All the staff attended us efficiently and politely, and on the basis of all my comments have already decided to return next May

Very conveniently located near restaurants and shopping and not very far from the forbidden city and parks in the city center. There’s a metro stop right outside the hotel too. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Would love to stay here again!

convenient place near airport

We booked one nights stay but stayed for five nights cancelling our next stay. This was because of the kindness of all staff and management. The hotel is exceptional for this area, very clean and modern. The room we had was spacious and well set out for comfort and relaxation. Spotlessly clean when we arrived and maintained by the friendly cleaning staff. The restaurant serves a regional menu to a very high standard, the tapas is a good choice. The Chef is very friendly and approachable catering to all your requests as it is all cooked in open view. The hotel is 100m from the beach and other restaurants and bars. We have no hesitation in rebooking this hotel again

Das TOP Haus in Saarlouis. Als Saarl?nderin landet man irgendwann automatisch im LA MAISON und kommt seitdem immer wieder. Egal ob Gesch?ftspartner oder die Schwiegereltern zu Besuch sind. Ruhig, am Stadtpark, fünf Minuten zur Altstadt, sWer einen Gesch?ftspartner repr?sentativ einl?dt, ist im LOUIS richtig. Wer es weniger f?rmlich mag, geht ins petit LOUIS in der Bar. Das Hotel und Restaurant bleibt warm, pers?nlich und uneitel, mit einer Servicekultur, die man hier im Saarland sonst selten findet.

Absolutely awful! You can get a hotel for the same price or less on the beach. This place isn't anywhere close to the ocean. Not to mention the breakfast was awful, orange juice that tastes like water, generic, thin bacon! The temperature control in the rooms wasn't user friendly and froze when I slept. Dirty sheets. And even though it was far from the ocean, they still gouged you $40 a day for parking in a basic parking lot. If you're going to stay at a low quality place like this, you might as well just go to motel 6 or something. Pretty much the same thing. Brought these concerns to management and they didn't care in the slightest. I will definitely never stay in another Hyatt property. Total rip-off in my opinion. There's way better deals out there. Especially when the management doesn't care about customer service. That should tell you everything.

每年出差个把月，以往的经历还好，这次真的是体验感很差。早上七点钟楼上就开始装修，电钻声，搬床声，敲击声等等层出不穷，根本没办法好好休息。沟通了三四次都没有彻底解决。入住之前要慎重，确认没有装修再考虑
