这次入住体验特别好！酒店衞生做得很到位，房间采光充足，设施齐全。前台工作人员态度友善，办理入住效率很高。周边出行、吃饭都方便，睡得也很安稳，非常满意。房间空间宽敞，洗漱用品品质在线，床铺软硬适中，一觉睡到天亮。酒店整体安静不嘈杂，服务贴心，价格也很实在

I am sharing this review so other guests are aware. We checked in at around 7pm after our taxi dropped us off at the location. The lockbox containing the key was difficult to locate and use , as it was located outside the condo. The facilities were generally nice, but the air-conditioning was not working properly. The remote control was missing, and the replacement remote provided did not work even after we asked for help. We had to climb onto a chair to manually turn on the air-conditioning. Since we could not adjust the temperature, I had difficulty sleeping because it was a warm night. After this stressful check-in experience, the homestay provider also requested an additional RM30 for a slightly late checkout, with payment requested by direct CIMB bank transfer outside the Trip.com platform. As a Singaporean, I travel to Johor Bahru often for both business and leisure and have usually had many pleasant experiences booking through Trip.com. I also appreciate Trip.com’s efforts to help smooth over the situation. However, based on this stay, I would not choose this particular residence/service provider again as there are several better options. We have filed a formal complaint with Trip.com and are awaiting resolution. Trip, Please contact me if this violates of any of the review rules ( i have checked and it has not), and i will edit accordingly. Thank you.

Very new and clean I took the studio It is very spacious with most the items for a studio apartment needed. Respond was a bit slow though via the number given by the app. But someone messaged me later and it went smoothly

住的家庭套房，整个下午基本都在轰鸣，房间都在颤抖，前台开始説不知道，答应派人来看看也不来，后来又説是隔壁的厨房发出的，以前没客人反映过，所以他们不清楚。厕所里的臭味从入住到离开也基本没变过，一度想请前台派人来体验一下，觉得噪声事已经很打扰他们了想想还是算了。

酒店回复：非常感谢您细致真实的入住反馈，对于本次入住家庭套房期间，房间持续轰鸣震动、衞生间异味明显，以及前台对接处理不够及时、没能第一时间为您妥善解决问题，我们向您致以最诚恳的歉意，让您全程受噪音和异味困扰，体验感大打折扣，我们内心十分愧疚。针对您反馈的问题我们已高度重视并立刻核查整改：关于房间下午持续轰鸣、墙体震动问题：已专门排查确认是隔壁后厨设备运行产生的噪音震动，之前未能提前预判和告知，是我们服务考虑不周。目前我们已安排工程对后厨设备做减震降噪处理，调整设备运行时段，同时对家庭套房墙面、门窗做隔音加固，最大程度杜绝噪音传导影响客房。关于衞生间全程异味无法消散的问题：我们已安排保洁和工程全面排查管道、地漏通风情况，做深度除味、疏通消杀，严格落实客房衞生间日常异味排查流程，杜绝再出现同类问题。特别理解您全程被噪音、异味打扰，体谅您不想过多麻烦前台、默默将就入住的心情，这份包容我们十分感激，也更让我们警醒自身服务和设施管理的不足。我们已把您提出的所有问题列入重点整改项，逐项落实到位、严格复查把关。再次为给您带来糟糕的入住体验真诚致歉，也恳请您给我们一次整改完善的机会，期待日后能以全新的环境、完善的设施和贴心到位的服务，重新赢得您的认可。

They went above and beyond to make our stay just absolutely wonderful. The amenities are amazing. Do not miss the Spa! It is vastly under appreciated and simply the best. I will stay here again on my return. *****!
