Everything is good except arranging invoice the way desired by me. I used to get invoice with single fax though I stayed with family. But at recepidid not give the bill as I desired.

非常差的住宿体验，首先第一晚大门密码错，我哋一行五人入唔到大楼， ?大门门钟冇人理会，直接打电话去客服都冇人接电话，然后找Trip.com 客服，他们都系同样待遇冇人回应，最后我哋跟人入到去大楼，上房间密码冇错误，可以进入、但问题系出咗去就返唔到入去嘛??整个过程我哋一行五人加五个箧搞咗成个钟上到房，但都要解决出咗去入唔返嘅问题，其实最后系冇解决到嘅，要等到第二天，服务式住宅管理处先至提供返个正确密码俾我哋，咁之前嗰日呢，冇人同我哋道歉，只能够讲非常差嘅服务态度?
因为第一晚已经搞大门密码搞到好夜啦，加上食饭啦再返回民宿实在太夜啦，当晚系冇洗衫，第二晚我哋准备洗衫发现有个地拖头喺洗衣机里边，真系难以想像，个地拖头应该系污糟先放落去个洗衣机洗，然后等佢自动停机，可能忘记拎卦，咁样我哋仲敢放衫落去洗，冲凉热唔够，去到第二、三个冲既时候已经要捱冻，去水又慢，唔通冲一个之后又要等半个钟咩，天光都未冲完啦??极度唔推荐?
重点呢间唔系民宿，依家系有服务式嘅管理，呢间管理公司系非常之差，系冇管理可言，大家如果去葡萄牙如果选择呢一间请多加考虑。

Great place to stay with the smokey mountain view out our window. Easy access to town via the trolley, so there is not need to take your vehicle.
