Clean room with balcony. Unfortunately people next door smoked on their balcony which came into our room.

I think need to change with newer bed sheet, blanket, and towel. Already old enough.

Niveau de service très bas pour un 4*. L Hotel nécessite une rénovation et une modernisation.

The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded.

酒店回复：Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're delighted you appreciated the courtesy of our staff and the cleanliness of your room. The room you booked was our "Basic Partial Lake View," the only room with a partial lake view. It's smaller and offers a more affordable rate. Expectations for the view, combined with your tiredness from the trip, likely influenced your experience. Our hotel also offers several rooms and suites with full lake views, designed to ensure an even more exclusive and relaxing experience. We hope to welcome you again in the future and provide you with a stay that fully meets your expectations.Best regards
