I found the corridors, lobby and so on really pretty with antiques and art everywhere, however my room although spacious was not as nice, the bathroom was smelly, some plugs were broken and it was basic for the price and in respect of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was complimentary but was not very good. There was some nice fruit but only a few similar plates of rice or noodles that weren't very tasty. Not up to the standard of typical Indian breakfast. Furthermore I ordered a sandwich and lassi in my room and it was really not good. Staff were nice on my arrival but when leaving I was worried that staff in the lobby had scammed my phone as they insisted I give them my number, took the phone and I had a scam message later in the evening. One person kept insisting I should book their hotel in Jaipur which was a tad annoying. Auto rickshaws outside were expensive. It was off season so perhaps some of the problems were due to that but I will definitely not return. The areas of the fort was exceptional and I had a great guid but I will stay somewhere else.

民宿的位置真的跟中心！离火车街就隔了一条街，很方便！民宿是新装修的，我订的是家庭房，有一个沙发可以改成床，一家四口住起来也很方便，情侣住也很舒服，民宿的风格有点轻法式，我喜欢！房间大概有25平方吧，对于河内寸土寸金的地段来説，??这样的空间很惊喜了！主要是有电梯，很方便！下次还会来住！

The hotel is fabulous and it is on Beautiful grounds. The hotel staff made us feel so special given that we were getting married during our stay. It made our wedding week feel so memorable. I really appreciate how the staff made a big deal of our wedding even though we didn't book the hotel for our wedding ceremony, it was really exceptional service. The general manager Joey went above and beyond to make us feel special. He left us a personalised welcome card and chocolates on arrival. He introduced himself to us during our stay and he organised some cake in our room on our wedding day. Billie on reception was very welcoming and helpful and she had great recommendations. The Hugo restaurant staff who served our dinner were amazing, they really made us feel special as we were having our wedding dinner that evening. We also had a fabulous afternoon tea during our stay, it was perfect! Thank you so much. We can't wait to visit again.
