First time and hopeful to return again. An overall excellent getaway from check-in to out. Rooms are clean and comfortable prepared for the ultimate outdoor experience with accessible restrooms and showers that are CLEAN and well maintained. Multiple Communal grills and fireplaces areas. Really nice place for the family and friends. Hope to come back soon!

We stayed at the Casa del Mar Mediterranio hotel for 5 days at the beginning of May. This is such a beautiful hotel with a relaxing spa. I can't express enough how fantastic the staff were. The receptionists were always there to help day and night, they helped us plan day trips, booked us taxis and ensured we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The food was amazing, we couldn't get enough! (I think the homemade bread is the best I have ever tasted). The waitiers provided brilliant service at breakfast and in the resturant, so friendly and attentive (thank you for the best Strawberry Mojitos, I will miss them!). The service in the restaurant was so good that we even left another local restaurant one evening (it did not have the same feel and we were left waiting at a table for quite some time) and returned to the hotel restaurant for dinner, knowing we would get a warm welcome, quality food and service. I can't forget housekeeping, the hotel is beautifully clean and the rooms are left immaculate. I would highlighly recommend this hotel. Thanks again to all of the wonderful staff who made our holiday memorable.

We recently returned from a fantastic 2-night stay at the Monarto Safari Resort and had a wonderful time immersing ourselves in the wildlife! ?The Room ?We stayed in a Savannah Room, which was spacious, neat, clean, and very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pleasant terrace. It was the perfect spot to unwind and look out over the park—we loved being able to spot the pond in the distance where the hippos hang out! ?The Safaris (The absolute highlight!) ?Both the Sunset and Dawn Safaris were absolutely brilliant. We saw a great variety of animals, ranging from the very small to the grand. The depth of knowledge shared was fantastic, but a very special thank you must go to Jon—he is a great storyteller who made the whole experience come alive for us. We truly enjoyed every minute of these tours! ? Dining & Service ?The breakfast itself was very good. However, the seating process left a bit to be desired. The way the staff organized the seating felt unnecessarily long and overly complicated, which slowed things down in the morning. A bit of streamlining here would make the start of the day much smoother. ?Overall, it was a truly unique and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking to get closer to the wild!

This is NOT A RESORT!!!!! I honestly don’t see a difference between this hotel and the motel right next door. There was ONE person working the entire “resort” all Mother’s Day weekend. No maintenance, no staff. I am so disappointed in this stay. The chairs at the pool were broken. The room had damage including inability to lock the bathroom door. We checked into our room and found MULTIPLE bugs - ok fine it’s Florida. There was no true lock on the front door - no deadbolt or top lock - which worried me having kids in the room. No food/drinks on property. No bathroom near the pool (you have to go to the second floor or your room). No manager on duty on the weekends per the one person working. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the view. But that view did not make it worthy. We left an entire night early because of the terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. Find a nicer hotel down the road or spend a quarter of the price at the equivalent motel next door.

Parking was great even with the caravan. Pub walking distance. Very nice place.
