I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anyone, I stayed at this hotel recently and paid ￡130 for a night but it was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the way my concerns were handled. I went into the shower and only realised after I was already wet that there was no shampoo provided in the dispenser/tray. This was a basic amenity that should have been checked before the room was given to guests. The room itself was also not properly maintained. There were spider webs around the walls and corners, and the walls had multiple visible cracks, making the room feel neglected and unclean. What made the experience worse was the response from reception. I raised these issues politely, but there was no apology or concern shown at all. I was simply told they could give me a bottle of shampoo to take back to the room. The lack of customer care and professionalism was extremely disappointing. For the price paid, I expected much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations

Love the location it’s near most of the wine yard and easy to find Morning waking up to kangaroos jumping at the balcony side it’s so close up that it felt so unreal

A fantastic few days with Tracy and Richard at Gwynfryn. Great breakfast options (The rarebit is my personal fave) and a lovely room. A short drive to some amazing walks (with guides provided by our hosts) and a really peaceful quiet area. Would definitely stay again

The villa is nice. The only bad part is that there’s no self-parking option.

The food was delicious, the ambience was wonderful and the staff was efficient, courteous and attentive to the guests' needs. We loved our stay at Ravenstone!

A very convenient and centrally located place, good access to all cellar doors in the region. The place itself is a bit old and need renovation

Ho soggiornato presso Hotel Phi Palio per tre settimane per lavoro. Ho trovato un ambiente accogliente, caloroso, in grado di far sentire a casa una persona anche con tanti km di distanza. Comodo il parcheggio nel garage a pochi passi dalla struttura. Camere semplici, pulite e con qualche comfort in più rispetto altri hotel. Il Ristorante dispone di un paio di scelte tra antipasti-primi-secondi, un po penalizzata la selezione dolcì visto la presenza di soli due opzioni. La cucina però era estremamente buona e la Signorina che si occupava della cena è sempre stata disponibile, sorridente e coinvolgente. Purtroppo non ricordo il nome ma una nota di merito al mio soggiorno va a lei e al receptionist Jacopo. Se capiterà ci tornerò perché è stato proprio un bella permanenza! Consiglio assolutamente la struttura.

Amazing views over Poole! We ate dinner at the hotel as we wanted to enjoy the view. Breakfast was busy which is to be expected as I think all room rates include breakfast- they had to pause taking orders for 5/10 mins as the chef had too many orders . It would be a good idea to ask guests to book a time for breakfast in order to avoid a sudden influx at one time. Lots of stuff ran out and staff members seemed stressed. The rooms very very nice with great jet bath. Air con worked well. As it's an old hotel the floor boards above us were a bit noisy and walls were thin. But the king size bed was very comfy. Would definitely return. Dinner was lovely and the waiter was great. It would have been nice to have the option to dine outside but apparently there weren't enough staff. Great location for the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Port Douglas Motel! In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our trip. Our room was incredibly spacious, feeling much more like a fully-equipped apartment than a standard motel room. The kitchen area had everything we needed to easily prepare our breakfasts each morning. The location is excellent. We were just a short walk from both Four Mile Beach and Rex Smeal Park (the perfect spot to watch the sunset), and only about an 8-minute walk to the marina for our reef diving cruises. The staff were wonderful and so welcoming. They handed us fresh pool and beach towels right at check-in and gave us some fantastic local advice on where to go and what to do. We would definitely come back and stay here again
