Breakfast and rooms were great except the people who cleaned didn’t empty the garbages and left blood on the sheets. Pool and hot tub weren’t warm enough to use.

Good location in Mahabaleshwar, with most sightseeing places not too far away. Venna Lake is a 10-minute walk away. While driving, be alert for the turn from the main road to access the property road. The rooms are a bit small, but each has a balcony. 8 rooms have a mountain view, 4 on the ground floor & 4 on the 1st. They have a working kitchen with chef Akshay (local boy) making very good food, and his younger brother, Omkar, serving with a smile. Property requires proactive maintenance. After check-in, we complained about various things (cleanliness, room lights, AC, etc). Appreciate that Manager Abhang Rathod went out of the way to attend to our grievances patiently. Manas, in the housekeeping department, was cooperative. Before our next visit, expect the balcony sliding door to be smooth, a light above the bathroom mirror for shaving, a light above the dressing table, etc.

A very relaxing two days. Good staff, lovely food.

Eva is an amazing host. Gourmet breakfasts. Lovely property. We stayed in the basement suite which had a bar, living room, separate bedroom and refrigerator. Not a lot of space in the bathroom for countertop toiletries but a nice 3 mirror med cabinet for storage. Wonderful shower… everything was updated and clean. Bed comfortable.

Great location. Excellent staff. Large comfortable rooms. Perfect!

This place is so convenient. It is close to metro and walking distance from Eiffel Tower. It is close to restaurants and supermarkets. But the overall highlight was Steven. He was super helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! They have a nice daily breakfast with lots of variety and the serving area/eating area/tables were always very clean. The gym was well maintained and had good equipment. We didn't use the pool-it looked clean but it was a very small area. Overall, a fine place to stay just feel like it wasn’t in the best area, but to be fair we didn’t have any issues while we were there. A little unnerving they had a paper sign just taped to automatic front door saying the front is locked at night for safety. Hotel was convenient to the highway, parking was good, hotel just felt older. Good if you don’t want to pay Tampa, St Pete beach/downtown prices but a bit of drive to get to all those spots.

Séjour très agréable dans une belle maison historique donnant sur une magnifique roseraie. Le propriétaire est accueillant, il y a un garage à vélo très pratique et bien équipé pour recharger les VAE. Les chambre sont décorées avec go?t et le petit déjeuner servi dans le salon est complet et diversifié. Le gite est situé à deux pas du centre dans un quartier calme avec un immense jardin. Les livres photos présents dans la chambre Mélanie sont superbes.

Good location. Front reception staff was grumpy late at night. Everybody else in the hotel was nice and accommodating especially the kitchen/breakfast who offered coffee. Ciao.
