I just enjoyed my stay at lemon tree hinjewadi. Such a helpful and polite staff. Great ambience. Great service. And humble people around. Rooms are really good. Thank you lemon tree for such a great experience.

We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order.

I recently stayed at Classic Grande Hotel, Imphal for an official visit. Though it was a short stay, I really enjoyed it. The breakfast had a good variety, and the top-floor restaurant had a nice vibe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the decor could be improved a bit. What stood out the most was the excellent hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Riya at reception for her prompt service I forgot her full name sorry, Rocky and Raj from housekeeping, and especially Mr. Paul, who went above and beyond—helping with my early check-out and thoughtfully arranging a packed breakfast as per my request. His kindness truly made a difference. Will certainly recommend!

Very nice and clean hotel! The service was very good too. The free breakfast and goodnight soup were very nice! All good but the location is slightly far from the main attractions. The ride to the famous S wan from car is around an hour.

五一带着女儿入住，整体体验满分，特别满意！ 酒店氛围超棒，五一安排了烧烤、热闹篝火晚会、还有浪漫烟花，氛围感拉满。小朋友超爱的手工DIY活动，做了植物冰箱贴带回家。 最暖心的是酒店特别人性化，女儿身体不太舒服，工作人员贴心体谅，主动帮我们免去了小朋友费用，细节满满，温柔又贴心。 房间乾净舒适，服务周到贴心，亲子出行首选酒店，强烈推荐，下次来丽江还会选择这里??
