Sadly part of the booking part died so we couldn’t make the trip. Proof of death was sent to the hotel and they refused to cancel the booking or refund. Shocking really

Everything you need is here. Beach, nice pool, close enough to walk anywhere. Service is excellent from front desk to someone always checking if you need drinks or food while sitting by pool or on the beach.

房间设施齐全，环境衞生乾净整洁，房间内无异味，客房服务态度良好，床品也很舒适，早餐品种多味道也挺不错的，整体住房体验很好，值得推荐

酒店环境优美。地理位置优越，靠近束河古镇，交通便利。酒店内的环境很美，美丽的湖里还有黑天鹅在游动，十分的惬意。房间宽敞舒适，配备了咖啡机和加湿器，很便利，酒店内可以有电瓶车接送，酒店还有挺多的餐厅可以选择，退房的小姐姐Angel手续办理的很迅速，下次有机会还会再来的

At this price point I think the customer has the right to expect excellence. There were just a few things that maybe caused me to drop two stars. First the good stuff: the staff were excellent and charming. The decor was very stylish. If you are not here to use the spa then you are probably here to visit the pink granite coastline. It is an excellent location for that. The car parking is plentiful and easy and there are electric car chargers. The rooms were comfortable and overall very very good. We ate in both restaurants and have left them both five star reviews. So, what was not quite so good? Some of this is outside the control of the hotel. 1: just one block away there is massive construction. It will be going on for years and has made the roads tricky for non locals. Maybe we could have been warned? 2. We paid extra for a sea view, whilst lovely we actually overlooked derelict tennis courts 3. As others have said, the service at the bar is terrible. We eventually gave up and walked to Le Retro 4. The shower in the next room shared its waste with ours (or so it seemed) Our neighbour took very early showers (5 am) and it was like they were in our room!) Maybe 3 starts is a bit harsh, because overall we did enjoy our stay!

Very well positioned right on the river. Very clean and modern. Good sized rooms. Drinks and food very reasonable. Lovely, helpful staff. Was some outside space on a rooftop which could be made to look fantastic. Looks as though was a smoking area.

Amazing staff. I am from California with a Tai Ahom origin and came to Ruili to connect with the roots. For 30 days, I tried various sites to arrange Dai guides. Finally a week before the trip. I reached out over WeChat. Ms Cici is the best hotel manager and she arranged a Dai guide, an English guide and a private taxi for 2 days. She also. Called the Dai cultural society to arrange meetings with the Dai guide and her brother who hears the Dai cultural activities in Ruili.
