The staff went above and beyond to make our trip so special. I highly recommend this hotel all the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always on top of our requests to make our stay enjoyable. Very safe area!!

这次是和男朋友一起过来旅游的，到停车场之后会有管家帮忙把行李拉回酒店，还有有另一个管家带着我们从停车场走回酒店，一路介绍双廊古镇回到酒店，办理入住的时候前台也很热情，进去房间后的景色映入眼帘让人难忘，床品也很舒服，音响是马歇尔的，房间里面还有智能管家，送的下午茶拍照也很出片，管家服务随叫随到，周围吃喝玩乐也很方便，入住很舒心很愉悦，下次来双廊玩还住这家！！！

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa isola dal 12 al 19 Maggio..da sola..sola solo di fatto ho avuto modo di conoscere altri ospiti meravigliosi e sopratutto di conoscere tutto lo staff di Francorosso ?? Sistemazione OverWater rivolta a tramonto..casetta molto grande con terrazza da sogno..due pinnate ed’eri sull reef..ogni giorno il ragazzo arrivava a riassettare il tutto..mattina pulizie mentre in serata pulizie e ti consegnava i teli male puliti. Che dire servizio spettacolo. Isoletta piccolina carina semplice senza troppi sbatti..arrivi togli le scarpe e le dimentichi fino alla partenza..tutto sulla sabbia..dal baretto al ristorante alla reception tutto..credetemi bellissimo. Spa presente ma non ho lo usufruita. Centro Diving completo di tutto ho fatto due immersioni con Sebastian..lui meraviglioso professionale..gentilissimo e super carino ?? Importantissimo fare shopping da Baskaran ?? mi ha creato un vestito su misura a dir poco stupendo?? Watersport diretto da biologhi meravigliosi..offrono escursioni e tutto il necessario per lo snorkel?? Reef meraviglioso..vivo..colorato e pieno di ogni vita..tartarughe..squaletti..pinnuti..murene..acquile di mare..di tutto?? tremila tipi di coralli colorati vivi e pieni di vita. Ricordate che noi siamo ospiti perciò rispetto..NON si cammina sul reef e NON si tocca nulla..guardate e godetevi lo spettacolo che vi offre?? Staff di Francorosso io vi amo ???? gentili simpatici creano atmosfere serali molto molto carine..tutti gentilissimi sorridenti e per qualsiasi cosa..problemi o solo per un ciao ci sono sempre. Conclusione? Avrei ancora tanto da raccontare ma se volete un’ambiente di casa senza troppi sbatti dove regna la tranquillità e la bellezza delle Maldive prenotate e volate al Bathala??

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. Our room was clean and comfortable. The dining was ok at Pins, nothing special. Over all, would stay again and would recommend to a friend.

Very good stay. Clean modern hotel with good facilities. Would have like tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The property shows really well and is clean. The doormen and valet are super kind and efficient. The check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and simple. The elevators were quick every time. Cons: front desk staff failed to inform us of amenities available like pool/bar hours, available bikes to checkout, etc. Ordered room service to which the order was taken incorrectly (they wrote down the wrong room). Called them back regarding the food over an hour later and they bought us the food that had been sitting out. Ate only the crab soup and got food poisoning. Let them know and they gave a late checkout so I could get myself together but charged me for the food. Smh
