Sadly not a good experience for us. Hotel very dated. We had a room in the orangery which was very clean but poor decore and awful sewage smell in the toilet which was very unpleasant. Nothing to see or do in the local village so stayed at the hotel. Spa looked ok from top of the steps but not very inviting to see the covers on the pool etc. We did not visit it tnough so maybe it was ok. Outside pool drained and empty and looked very dirty. Little attention to detail was not there. E.g sat on the nice terrace for pre dinner drink next to a dirty ash tray full of rain water so had obviously been there some time. Pots on terrace full of weeds!! Wonderful outside garden and walks but not cared for. Weeds, uncut grass, play área for children dirty and un kept. Table tennis table and área in poor condition. Tennis court!! Well lets not go there!! However. The restaurant food was good. The staff very nice. Lacked attention to detail again though. Candle on table not lit. If your going to put candles on the table light tnem!!! Restaurant service could not fault apart from the candle!! Total bill was in excess of 500 pounds. Dinner, bed and breakfast. Have paid less for much better so not value for money. Needs an update to warrent this price. Sorry cannot recommend

升级了长安临街房，虽然临街但是隔音很好，酒店服务不错，很有秩序～在王府井这片，出门就是长安街。首都机场打车不到一小时，步行可达国博、天安门、故宫、人民大会堂。

严重差评！堂堂五星级酒店，管理和服务意识差到令人难以置信，体验糟糕至极！ 我们晚上9点抵达，酒店内外随处可见婚庆布置与婚宴公示牌，一眼就能看出次日有婚礼活动。办理入住时，前台没有任何人主动提醒我们，也没有根据情况将我们安排到远离活动区域的房间。结合本地婚俗，清晨迎亲必定会敲锣打鼓产生巨大噪音，作为运营方酒店对此理应心知肚明。 果不其然，清晨6点楼下锣鼓声震天响，整栋楼都被噪音笼罩，所有人都被硬生生吵醒，正常休息彻底被打乱。事后我们向酒店反映问题，工作人员竟然辩称对此事毫不知情，这套説辞荒谬至极。现场标识、装饰一目了然，再加上当地流传已久的婚俗，酒店绝不可能一无所知。 早餐説到9点 8点四十几去都没东西了，态度也很差 身为五星级酒店，本该具备完善的服务流程、风险预判能力和责任担当。可这家店既不提前告知住客、不合理分配客房，出现扰民问题后还刻意推诿、睁眼説瞎话，连保障客人基本休息权益这种基础工作都做不到，专业素养完全不匹配五星定位，实在让人失望又心寒。真心建议各位出行旅客慎重选择，避坑！

Room was nice and mostly met our needs. My only complaint is no milk in room for coffee or tea. No extra roll of toilet paper. Really enjoyed our breakfast delivered to our room right when we asked for it. I called to the office and requested milk and TP which was delivered with our breakfast.

The room was very clean and well- appointed. The bath was welcome and the heated towel rail useful. The bed was comfortable.The bar food was very good and the breakfast excellent. I would definitely stay again.

It was all well done. We especially like having an indoor pool and exercise room. The laundry room was great to have but we didn’t use it this time. The breakdast was fine and the area was clean. The dining room was crowded when we were there, but that was because several individual guests sat at tables for 4. Overall, it was perfect for our extended family to gather for ESU graduation weekend!

Amazing experience at Gulberg Lahore staff have been fantastic and friendly. Amtal from breakfast has been amazing very friendly lady looked well after us . Will be booking back here soon .

The staff is truly amazing and kind. Pool and spa were relaxing and well maintained. Room was clean as well as all areas we were in. Breakfast was great with many choices. Love they have books and family games one can utilize. Indoor and outdoor pools on site. Also great places to eat within walking distance. Many amenities available. Would stay again!

The location and attached restaurant were the only perks. Over priced for what we got. We arrived 29min before valet was closed, long drive, and they were nowhere to be found along with front desk telling us to park on the street and get up early to move the truck. Our room was near the laundry room and staff start laundry early with loud machines. You would figure that wouldve been designed to be on a lower floor? I dunno about others, but usually people go on vacation to get away from being forced awake. We asked for our diesel truck to NOT be valet into the garage as it cleared by 1"... they moved it anyways. Also asked the for the shower floor to be cleaned while we were out since there was pink soap scum on it. It never got cleaned. Refunding us $57 off our stay was not worth ever going back. Free cheap candy bar and over crowded Managers reception not great perks.
