We had booked a superior room but were assigned to a room in an outbuilding that didn’t have an elevator. The room and bathroom were plenty large but without a balcony and a window that faced into another building. The staff very kindly changed rooms for us.

Charming and spacious! Would love to stay there again.

The room was clean and worth the budget. Housekeeping staff are amazing. Resto and breakfast were top of the line. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Great convenient location, clean room and facilities.

Lovely staff? Clean rooms? Quite sleep? Shuttle to Stansted airport every 30 mins for only ￡4
