This hotel was clean, and the atrium was beautiful. However, the carpet on the main stairway is tattered and discoloured. Hosekeeping staff are grumpy, and they leave dirty sheets and towels on the floor outside the rooms they clean. They also do not clean your room or refresh towels. The bed was comfortable; however, the mattresses need to be replaced. My mattress had a pronounced protruding ripple across the whole bed, and sank in the middle. There was no mattress protector, just a fitted sheet, and the mattress was stained. The hallways were being refreshed and were getting new wallpaper applied while I was there. The room gave me Super 8 vibes. Overall, I was disappointed in the room and hotel.

Dear Guest,We appreciate your feedback and are glad you found the hotel clean and enjoyed the beautiful atrium. However, we regret that the condition of the carpet, housekeeping service, and mattress did not meet your expectations. We have noted your concerns and will address them with the appropriate teams to improve the overall experience. We value your input and hope to provide a more comfortable stay for you in the future.Sincerely, Hotel Manager

We were visiting Dali with our 6 years old son and our 8 months daughter and this is just the perfect place for a family. The staff is very helpful and the location easy.

Everyone was so polite and helpful, property had been renovated so the rooms were done well

Good local hotel we used while selling our house. If back in the region again, we would stay again!
