Hotel molto bello, stile classico, con le camere ristrutturate di recente e spazi comuni eleganti e puliti. Nota di merito per il personale che è molto cortese, accogliente e disponibile, sia alla reception che al ristorante! La cena e la colazione sono state davvero top: materie prime di qualità! Nel grande parco ci sono le terme: una grande piscina e la spa (a cui si accende a pagamento). Al check out ci è stata regalata una bottiglia di prosecco di loro produzione! é stata per noi una bella scoperta! Consigliatissimo!

Large, clean rooms. Only 6 rooms in a duplex style (3 buildings with 2 rooms each). The food was fantastic. Beautiful pool and ocean views. Staff was very helpful.

We stayed in the tower suite which was overall lovely room. For that price, I would appreciate if the amenities are a bit nicer. The quality of the shamoo/conditioner was not very good in my opinion. I found the pillows were useless, too airly and too soft, feels like no substance in them. My neck was in terrible pain when I woke up. The pool was nice but I think it would be good to have a booking system. At some point, too many people came and there were not enough room for everyone. The restaurant was good. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I liked the fresh flowers displayed there. We didn't interact many staff there, but the lady checked in and out could be more friendly and welcoming though. It was our first time anywhere hotels we stayed at, we were not asked how was your stay? kind of stuff at the check out. I was prepared to give a little feedback of the room, but didn't have chance.

Unfreundlichkeit durch und durch: obwohl drei Viertel der Tische leer waren, gab man uns widerwillig einen. Dann wurden uns die Karten hingeknallt und 4 zusammengerollte Gedecke. Kein Bemühen diese vielleicht am Tisch zu platzieren . Dass wir hier waren auf Café und Kuchen, wurde ebenso unfreundlich hingenommen. Eine Karaffe Wasser wurde ohne Gl?ser serviert. Wirklich unglaublich war dann die Topfentarte für 9€: ein rundes Minit?rtchen wurde ganz offensichtlich einfach halbiert (ich nehme an, das Angebot war schon knapp), mit einwenig Deko versehen, damit es nicht so auff?llt, und uns als ?ganze“ Tarte - auf meine Anfrage hin - verkauft. Dies grenzte einfach an Unversch?mtheit pur. Meine Reklamation bewirkte, dass diese nicht berechnet wurde. Nett, aber zu sp?t. Dieses Restaurant hat sich allumfassend disqualifiziert. Ist keinen Besuch wert!

My dad and I had a fantastic time staying at the Intercontinental hotel. The location was excellent and connected to the O2 Arena. The staff were all very polite and the food was incredible. The breakfast is worth every penny. It’s one of the best breakfasts my dad and I have ever had. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to stay at this hotel kind regards, Steve.

Good for short stay, but was not informed about the water being off for maintenance the morning of checking out. Until a returned the key back to the front office. So couldn't wash my face or teeth.

Leider musste man im Keller essen ohne Fenster. Das Essen war schlecht bis gar nicht gewürzt und wenig abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind gro?. Die Handtücher wurden zwar t?glich gewechselt, dafür wurde das Zimmer nicht gewischt, sodass unter dem Bett jede Menge Wollm?use zu finden waren. Leider kein Balkon. Abends beim Essen wurden einem um 20:30 Uhr die Teller und die Gl?ser weggerissen, obwohl das Abendessen bis 21:00 Uhr ging.

The entrance is not well marked a small sign on side of building and a unmanned foyer that is boarded up and dirty. Outside dirty nappies on ground and homeless sleeping near door way -did not feel safe putting a code in once we got the code. Only sent email no text claimed wotif did not supply phone no# so arrive not even sure we could check in till I pulled computer out as I dont have email on my phone. So1 no# for foyer another for lift and a 3rd for the door. Bedroom glass box tiny with king bed in it hardly could get around bed. Shower is over a spa bath with high-sides and only 1 shower curtain, water hits walls and runs all over the floor flooding floor. At 2am there was a fight in the hall way between a couple over money , then a shower ran for 1/2 a hour and a sound like they turned spa on but then decided to turn it off it was another 20 minutes before it settled down.around 3am. As we left in the morning 4 Policemen arrived in 2 cars. Also no parking only a few spaces they have were taken but offer it at other building at $25 a night but none available. Had to park on the street in a area with homeless sleeping rough on the streets everywhere. Not every well equipped no cutting board as such only a heavy marble thing on bench only 1 knife to go with cutlery in the draws in cupboard. A/c is locked and on 26 so very hot of a night . All air vent need a good clean and cobwebs on ceiling and corners . Book somewhere else if you can - you will get a better night sleep

Just to be clear, I gave five stars because of its value. This is a transient hotel and it is great for a few nights. It is not an amenity hotel. It is clean and the service is outgoing. The property is much older, but with maintained spaces. It’s 3km to Treviso and near the train station by taxi. The private sauna bookings are revitalizing. The restaurant is lovely for a meal when not wanting to go into the city or leave for dinner. They were very accommodating.

The staff were very accommodating, nothing was too much hassle. The location was fantastic. Would definitely recommend this resort to somebody who wants a great location.
